Hello my name is Dianna. I recently got interested in looming bc I have a health condition and my doctors and physciatrist recomended me to do something to keep miND busy in my good days . Is this book or does this book contain information for beginners , and is it strictly about looming ?

The reason why I ask that Is bc I have bought books in the past but they give you crochet and all that, How much is the book ? And how can I buy it ? If not satisfied how can I return. It ?
