MATERIALS

Yarn
Super bulky (#6) weight yarn in 2 colors
Bernat Beyond (120g/ 4.2 oz, 73 meters/ 80 yd.) used in sample.
Contrast A: Red, White & Boom
Contrast B: Navy
Loom
⅝” Large Gauge (LG) loom with at least 20 pegs (Multiple of 4)
Knitting Board Flexee Loom Chunky used for sample.
Tapestry needle
ABBREVIATIONS
K = Knit (U wrap knit stitch)
Rep = Repeat
St(s) = Stitch(es)

GAUGE
12.5 sts x 16 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch
SKILL LEVEL Easy
MEASUREMENTS
Approx 6.25” x 6” (15.9 cm x 15.2 cm)
NOTES
The houndstooth stitch pattern uses stockinette stitch so it will curl at the edges as written. Add border stitches in garter or seed stitch or knit in the round to prevent curling.
Chart – This pattern uses a color chart to show the stitch pattern. Each square on the chart is one stitch. All stitches are knit.
Alternate size – This stitch pattern can be used on any loom with appropriate yarn gauge and a multiple of 4 pegs.
INSTRUCTIONS
With A cast on 20 sts.
Foundation Row: K all.
Following chart below work 5 repeats ending on Row 4.
Ending Row: With A, K all.
Bind off loosely.
